She is recognized for developing and executing highly successful strategic business plans resulting in impactful business improvements within challenging environments and has a proven track-record optimizing project delivery and program performance.

Ms. Anderson’s work among major public programs includes development of initiatives to re-engineer program management and controls systems and processes, while maintaining existing business operations required to prosecute and plan for work in orders of magnitude of up to $1.4B per year, and up to 500 active projects.  Her work serves to bring efficiency in program management, and clarity out of complexity, to enable clients to focus on key issues and risks to success.

Ms. Anderson began her career working for highly recognized, top 3 Contracting firm (ENR Ranking).  Her construction career began with her “boots on the ground,” performing surveying, field engineering and superintendence; it evolved beyond “building buildings,” to the business of risk management and creative problem solving.  Stephanie has served roles in preconstruction, project management, estimating, and procurement on challenging and significant projects in a CM at-risk environment.

Ms. Anderson successfully built a “Major Projects” team, from the ground-up, during her tenure at a top 10 Global Design firm (ENR Ranking).  Her team provided leadership and project management oversight to the company’s most complex and high-risk projects including during both the pursuit and execution phases of projects with significant fees, alternative project delivery models (P3, Design-Build), distressed projects, and others with significant risk profiles among design projects, at-risk.
